Sony has confirmed the PlayStation Plus monthly titles for December 2025. This time, subscribers are getting more than the usual offering. Instead of the standard three games, PlayStation Plus members across Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers will receive a total of five titles. The new lineup will be available from Tuesday, December 2 and remain accessible until Monday, January 5, 2026.
Here’s all you need to know about the new games and PlayStation Plus.
Developed jointly by Guerrilla Games and Studio Gobo alongside The LEGO Group, this game reimagines Horizon Zero Dawn in a playful LEGO-style universe. Launched in November 2024, it features third-person action, destructible brick environments, character customisation for Aloy, and five difficulty modes.
It supports solo play and seamless drop-in/drop-out co-op. Reviews were mixed, with a Metascore of 70 and a user score of 5.8. While some players praised its charm, critics found the gameplay repetitive.
For those wanting a darker and more intense experience, Killing Floor 3 offers first-person survival horror gameplay. Released in July 2025 by Tripwire Interactive, the game pits players against waves of monstrous Zeds with class-based weapons and abilities.
It supports solo play and up to six players in online co-op. The game received mixed reviews, sitting at a Metascore of 68 and a user score of 6.5 with feedback highlighting strong co-op elements but repetitive missions.
Red Barrels’ The Outlast Trials continues the tradition of adrenaline-fueled horror. Set in the Cold War era, it combines stealth, survival mechanics, and resource scarcity. Players can go solo or team up with up to three others.
The game officially launched in March 2024 after early access, earning a Metascore of 75 and a user score of 7.7. Both critics and fans praised its innovative approach to multiplayer horror.
Bandai Namco’s Synduality Echo of Ada, released in January 2025, is a sci-fi extraction shooter where players pilot mech units called Drifters. Players collect AO crystals and fight off hostile creatures called Enders, aided by android companions known as Magus.
Despite its promising concept, the game received mixed feedback, scoring a 65 on Metacritic and a 4.0 user rating due to grind-heavy progression and weak story elements.
Originally launched in 2022, Neon White remains a critically acclaimed standout in this lineup. Developed by Angel Matrix and published by Annapurna Interactive, the game blends first-person shooting with puzzle-platforming and speedrunning mechanics. Using a unique card-based weapon system, players race through levels to earn medals and unlock challenges.
It boasts a Metascore of 89 and a user rating of 8.3 along with “Overwhelmingly Positive” Steam reviews.
Meanwhile, players have until December 1 to redeem November’s lineup, which includes Stray, EA Sports WRC 24 and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator, before they leave the service.
