The Poco X7 Pro is all set to launch in variant international markets as well as in India on January 9. While the brand will also unveil the Poco X7 alongside, the Flipkart page for the Pro variant was updated recently revealing some exciting details about its features and pricing. Here’s everything we know about the Pro variant as per the recent reveal.
According to the Flipkart page, the Poco X7 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset and priced under ₹30,000 in India. This is understandable when we look back at its predecessor the Poco X6 Pro, which debuted at ₹26,999 with the Dimensity 8300-Ultra.
It has also been revealed now that the Dimensity 8400-Ultra boasts the same CPU architecture as the flagship Dimensity 9400 chipset and scores an impressive 1.7 million on AnTuTu benchmarks. It pairs with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for blazing-fast performance.
Poco is also introducing an advanced cooling system called the “Ultra-Thin 3D IceLoop System.” This setup includes a 5,000mm² stainless steel vapour chamber and a dual-channel diffusion path, ensuring efficient heat dissipation during heavy use.
The Poco X7 Pro also features WildBoost Optimisation 3.0, powered by the D8400-Ultra chip and HyperOS 2. This technology promises improved performance, better graphics, enhanced connectivity and immersive in-game audio.
The upgraded user interface ensures a smooth, high-performance experience, making it ideal for gaming and multitasking.
While Poco hasn’t revealed all the details yet, rumours suggest the phone will feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 50MP dual-camera system and a large battery with 90W fast charging. It’s also speculated to be a tweaked or rebranded version of the Redmi Turbo 4, which is launching in China tomorrow.
With its powerful specs and competitive pricing, the Poco X7 Pro is shaping up to be a strong contender in the mid-range smartphone market.
