Oppo has officially launched the Reno 14 Pro and Reno 14F 5G in Taiwan, joining the already-announced Reno 14 to complete the Reno 14 series. Here’s a simple breakdown of what each phone offers.

The Reno 14 Pro is the most premium model in the lineup. It sports a 6.83-inch flat OLED LTPS display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1200 nits brightness, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It runs Android 15 with ColorOS 15 and includes Oppo’s latest AI features.
On the front, you get a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus, and on the back, there’s a triple 50MP camera setup including a main, ultra-wide, and a 3.5x optical zoom telephoto lens with OIS.
Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chip, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It packs a massive 6,200mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. For cooling, there’s a 5400mm² vapour chamber system.
Other features include dual speakers, NFC, IR blaster, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and an x-axis linear motor. The phone has a sleek aluminium alloy frame, weighs 201 grams, and is just 7.48mm thick. It also comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for water and dust protection.
The Reno 14 Pro is priced at NTD 23,990 (around $815 / Rs 69,950) for the 12GB + 512GB variant. It’s available in Black Mist Grey and Gorgeous White colours.
A global rollout is expected soon.

The Oppo Reno 14F 5G comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1400 nits. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, coupled with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, offering solid performance for everyday use. It runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, complete with Oppo’s AI tools.
The phone is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W wired charging. Camera-wise, there’s a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro lens on the rear. The front camera is a 32MP sensor with autofocus.
For cooling, it features a 4290mm² VC heat dissipation system. It supports dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, and NFC. Despite its large battery, it remains slim at 7.74mm and light at 180 grams. It also boasts IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications for dust and water resistance.

The Reno 14F 5G is priced at NTD 12,990 ($400) for the 8GB + 256GB model and NTD 13,990 ($430) for the 12GB + 256GB version. Colour options include Colourful Blue and Tranquil Green.
It’s expected to launch in more Southeast Asian countries soon.
