Oppo has officially teased the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s, both set to launch in India this May. The brand is aiming to re-enter the ultra-premium smartphone market, focusing on advanced cameras, strong performance, and long battery life. Both phones are expected to compete with other top flagship models in India’s high-end market.
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to be the brand’s most advanced smartphone so far. It will likely have a large 6.8-inch AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate for smooth visuals and better power efficiency. The phone may use Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The Ultra model is expected to raise the bar for cameras. It may have four cameras: a 1-inch main sensor, an ultra-wide lens, a telephoto lens, and a periscope zoom camera for high optical zoom. Oppo’s work with imaging technology should improve low-light photos and videos.
Battery performance is another highlight, with the device likely to feature a 5,500mAh battery supporting 100W fast charging and wireless charging.

The Oppo Find X9s is expected to be a more affordable flagship, but still powerful. It may have a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and slim bezels for a better viewing experience. The phone will likely use a high-end MediaTek Dimensity or Snapdragon chipset for smooth everyday use and gaming.
For cameras, the Find X9s might feature a triple-camera set-up with a high-resolution main sensor, an ultra-wide lens and a telephoto lens. However, it might not match the Ultra’s camera features, but it should still offer strong photography performance.
The phone is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging, so it should last all day without needing to recharge often.
Oppo will launch both devices in May, and the dates will be announced soon.
Oppo has not officially announced the prices of both devices, but the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to be priced above Rs. 90,000 in India, while the Oppo Find X9S might cost around Rs. 60,000-Rs. 70,000.
As for availability, the smartphones will be available both online and in retail stores.
With the Find X9 Ultra and Find X9s, Oppo is aiming at both the ultra-premium and upper-premium markets, offering new features, design, and performance. The May launch will show how these phones compare to other flagship models in India.
Both smartphones are officially teased to launch in India in May 2026.
The Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a 1-inch camera sensor, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, and a 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging.
The Oppo Find X9s is likely to be priced between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 70,000, making it a more affordable flagship option.
