It has already been reported that OPPO is working on its next premium flagship smartphone, the OPPO Find X10 Ultra. The handset is expected to arrive as the top model in the Find X10 series, which already includes the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max in multiple markets. Recent tipster leak has shared several key specifications of the upcoming smartphone including its display, processor and camera setup.

OPPO Find X10 Ultra Display and Camera Specs Leaked
According to a recent post by Debayan Roy @Gadgetsdata on X, the OPPO Find X10 Ultra could feature a 6.89-inch flat LTPO OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This would place it among the high-end smartphones focused on display quality and smooth visuals.
The Find X10 Ultra is tipped to feature a 200-megapixel primary rear camera with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, optical image stabilisation (OIS) and LOFIC technology. It could be accompanied by a 200-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a 1/1.56-inch HP5 sensor.
The smartphone is also said to feature two periscope telephoto cameras. These could include a 200-megapixel sensor with 3x optical zoom and a 50-megapixel sensor with 10x optical zoom. On the front, the handset is tipped to feature a 100-megapixel square selfie camera.

OPPO Find X10 Ultra – What Else We Know So Far
Beyond the display and cameras, the OPPO Find X10 Ultra is is tipped to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. This is change from the Snapdragon processors that are commonly used in OPPO’s Ultra-series flagship smartphones till date.
The handset could also pack a battery with a capacity of more than 8,000mAh with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support. Other expected features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, USB 3.2 connectivity and Wi-Fi 7 support.
However, OPPO has not confirmed any of these specifications so far.
OPPO Find X10 Ultra Launch Timeline
The OPPO Find X10 Ultra is expected to launch in China in the first half of 2027. The timing would follow the availability of the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max across multiple markets, suggesting that OPPO could be preparing to expand its flagship lineup with a more premium model.
As of now, OPPO has not officially confirmed the Find X10 Ultra or shared details about its launch date, pricing or availability.

According to the tipster Debayan Roy, OPPO is considering launching the OPPO Find X10 Ultra in India as well. The use of a MediaTek chipset could be one of the reasons behind the possibility of an India launch.
However, Oppo is yet to confirm anything about a possible India launch. More details about the smartphone and its availability are expected to emerge in the coming months.
