Oppo’s next-generation Find X series is already making headlines ahead of its expected launch later in October this year. Reports indicate that the lineup could include three models such as the Find X10, X10 Pro and X10 Pro Max. There could be a 10x Ultra variant arriving in the first half of 2027 as well.
Fresh leaks have now revealed key details about the standard Oppo Find X10 particularly focusing on its camera setup and hardware. Here’s what we know so far.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, an engineering prototype of the Oppo Find X10 is currently being tested with a 200MP primary camera that uses a large 1/1.4-inch sensor. The device is also undergoing A/B testing for its 3x periscope telephoto lens suggesting that Oppo is still finalising the camera configuration.
One version of the prototype reportedly features a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor, while another variant is said to be testing a newer 64MP periscope solution with a 1/2-inch sensor.
The 200MP periscope setup is believed to be based on an older Samsung HP5 solution that is currently under evaluation, whereas the 64MP option is described as a newer internal development.
The leak suggests that Oppo is still deciding between implementing a dual 200MP camera system or opting for a setup that includes a single 200MP primary camera paired with a newer periscope sensor.
Another known tipster named Smart Pikachu has shared additional details about the device.
According to their latest Weibo post, the Oppo Find X10 is expected to feature a flat display with a 165Hz refresh rate and support for 1.5K resolution. The smartphone may also house a large battery with a capacity of around 8,000mAh.
In terms of overall camera configuration, this tipster claims the device is likely to include a 200MP primary sensor either a 200MP or 64MP periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. While earlier claims pointed to dual 200MP cameras, this information is now considered slightly outdated based on the latest leak.
Previous reports have suggested that the Oppo Find X10 could be powered by a next-generation MediaTek Dimensity 9-series chipset possibly the 3nm Dimensity 9500+ processor. The device is also expected to feature a 6.59-inch display and run on Android 17 with ColorOS 17 on top.
More concrete details are expected to emerge closer to its anticipated launch in China around October.
