OPPO Comes Out with a new ad film for Diwali

OPPO is one of the leading global smart device brands in the world that has acquired a tremendous reputation in the past few years and continues to enjoy a significant following in India.

It has just launched it Diwali campaign, which goes along with its motto #InspirationAhead and it is this brand of positivity that shines a spotlight on the ad film and provides a platform for those who think and do things differently to make way for a positive change.

There haven’t been too many Diwali based films in India, which is quite surprising given the significance it has on the country and its people, even though there have been countless Indian films where Diwali has been celebrated but nothing, as yet, when the festival itself was the core plot.

This ad film is being helmed by Alok Kulkarni, who is the director and the scene begins with a phone call complaint to a parent as his child has landed in trouble at school for incessant doodling all over the premises while the mother is utterly annoyed by his behaviour, which is why he needs to mend his ways.

The story then cuts to their housing society, which is in poor condition and is full of seen/unseen potholes all around, as a result of which there have been multiple instances of the young and old getting injured from them. Surprisingly, it is the the child that comes up with a creative and innovative idea to tackle the problem.

This is why he has been working with his friends to doodle around the potholes with fluorescent markers so that residents will get help in navigating them and avoid getting injured.

The film’s main theme is #InspirationAhead, which sends a message about how an innovative mind can come up with an out-of-the-box solution to a regular problem, which is something that everyone has to come up with by simply applying their mind and keeping calm while solving said problem.

There is an interesting message that is given at the end of the film, which is ‘be the light that inspires’, that been portrayed aptly throughout the whole venture, where it inspire others to relook at their way of looking at things.
