Oppo has expanded its 5G smartphone lineup in China with the launch of the Oppo A6i+ 5G and Oppo A6v 5G. Both models are now available for pre-order through the Oppo China online store and are positioned in the affordable to mid-range segment. While the Oppo A6i+ 5G comes in multiple memory variants and colour options, the Oppo A6v 5G is offered in a single configuration with more colour choices. Here’s more on both phones.
The Oppo A6i+ 5G price in China starts at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs. 20,000) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB + 256GB model costs CNY 1,599 (around Rs. 21,000), while the top-end 12GB + 512GB configuration is priced at CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 24,000).
Meanwhile, the Oppo A6v 5G is available in a single 8GB + 256GB variant, priced at CNY 1,199 (about Rs. 16,000).
Both smartphones will go on sale in China starting February 6 via the Oppo China online store.
The Oppo A6i+ 5G is offered in Glacier White and Chestnut Velvet Brown colour options. On the other hand, the Oppo A6v 5G comes in Glacier Blue, Wilderness Green, and Titanium Rock Purple shades.
The Oppo A6i+ 5G and Oppo A6v 5G are dual-SIM smartphones featuring identical display hardware. Both devices sport a 6.75-inch HD+ (720×1,570 pixels) LCD panel with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 256ppi pixel density, peak brightness of up to 1,125 nits, 100 percent sRGB colour gamut, support for 16.7 million colours, and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Under the hood, both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which includes two performance cores and six efficiency cores, with a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz.

In the camera department, the two handsets feature dual rear camera setups consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel monochrome camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The Oppo A6i+ 5G is equipped with an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls, while the Oppo A6v 5G features a 5-megapixel selfie shooter.
Both smartphones support video recording at up to 1080p at 60fps.
Battery capacity is one of the key highlights. The Oppo A6i+ 5G packs a large 7,000mAh battery, whereas the Oppo A6v 5G is backed by a 6,500mAh battery. Both models support 45W SuperVOOC wired fast charging. For security, the handsets feature side-mounted fingerprint scanners.
In terms of dimensions, both phones measure 166.6 × 78.51 × 8.61mm. The Oppo A6i+ 5G weighs around 216 grams, while the Oppo A6v 5G is slightly lighter at approximately 212 grams.
