On Geekbench, the Nord 5 scored 1977 in single-core and 5090 in multi-core tests, powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, clocked at 3.01 GHz, with an Adreno 735 GPU. It will ship with Android 15 and come in a 12GB RAM option.

This follows its global model (CPH2709) being spotted on UAE’s TDRA platform, while the Indian version (CPH2707) now joins the certification trail.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav on X (formerly Twitter), the Chinese OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra comes with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chip. While the Nord 5 was initially expected to be a rebranded version of that model, the Geekbench result confirms it will instead go with a Snapdragon processor for international markets.

As for the design and features, the rebranded Ace 5 Ultra version includes a 6.83-inch AMOLED display, 1.5K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 1400 nits peak brightness. It also packs a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, a 16MP selfie camera, up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

OnePlus is also preparing to launch the Nord CE 5 models alongside the Nord 5. The Nord CE 5 is listed as CPH2717 (India) and CPH2719 (Global).

More information should arrive in the coming weeks, but the Nord 5 is already looking like a promising addition to OnePlus’ popular mid-range lineup.
