OnePlus has introduced a new 2-in-1 SUPERVOOC Cable that lets you charge your smartphone and smartwatch at the same time using a single cable. Priced at $29.99, the cable is now available through official OnePlus channels. Here’s everything you need to know about the new gadget.
The cable is 1.2 meters long and supports up to 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging when used to charge just a phone. If you’re charging both a phone and a watch simultaneously, it can still deliver 67W to your smartphone and 10W to your smartwatch, enough to power up both devices quickly without a major drop in speed.
On one end, the cable has a standard USB-A connector. On the other end, it splits into two –
The magnetic connector attaches easily to the back of the watch and eliminates the need to carry a separate charger, perfect for travel.
To keep things safe, OnePlus has added an E-marker smart chip that prevents overloading and ensures stable power delivery. Inside, the cable uses thickened pure copper cores to boost both charging speed and safety. It comes in the iconic OnePlus red cable design with white connectors to complete the look.
The 2-in-1 SUPERVOOC Cable is only compatible with select OnePlus smartphones and smartwatches, and won’t work with wearables from other brands. It’s aimed at users already in the OnePlus ecosystem looking for a cleaner and more convenient charging solution.
In the meantime, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 has received its first OxygenOS update, bringing features like Mind Space and new gaming tools. That’s not all, the OnePlus 13 just picked up a ColorOS update that improves the camera, adds AI upgrades and more.
