OnePlus is set to unveil the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra in China on April 28 after releasing OnePlus Ace 6 and OnePlus Ace 6T in the same series. Ahead of its official debut, the smartphone has surfaced on China Telecom’s certification platform and it has revealed nearly all about the upcoming smartphone. Here’s a quick roundup of everything we know thanks to the new listing.
According to the listing on China Telecom’s website, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra carries the model number PMB110 and features a 6.78-inch flat LTPS BOE display with a 1.5K resolution and a high 165Hz refresh rate. The display is said to be optimised for low-latency gaming and is paired with a custom touch-control chip. This particular detail about the phone was highlighted by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo.
The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset identified by the MT6993 model number.
It will be available in multiple configurations including 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB RAM with 256GB storage, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage, 16GB RAM with 512GB storage and a top-end 16GB RAM with 1TB storage variant.
For optics, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra features a 16-megapixel front camera. On the rear, it comes with a dual-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with a large 1/1.55-inch sensor size along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens.
The device is backed by a massive 8,600mAh dual-cell battery and supports 120W fast charging. It runs on Android 16 out of the box and includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for security.
In terms of design and durability, the smartphone measures 162.3 x 77.37 x 8.55mm and weighs 218 grams. It is said to feature a metal middle frame combined with a glass fibre or glass body construction. The device is also expected to offer strong durability with IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
The phone comes in Ace Awakening and Metal Storm colour choices.
Other confirmed features include dual symmetrical 1115W speakers, advanced low-latency optimisation for gaming and support for a dedicated gaming controller accessory.
Currently, there is no confirmation on whether OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra will be launched in global markets. We will have to wait for official announcements to know more.
