Reports indicate that LPDDR6 memory could nearly double the maximum bandwidth compared to the original LPDDR5 standard. While LPDDR5 offers a peak bandwidth of 6.4 Gbps, LPDDR6 could reach speeds of up to 14.4 Gbps.
