Following the launch, the company is now gearing up for the launch of another premium phone.

Nubia might soon launch a new Z-series phone called Z50S Pro.
The company has teased the launch of its new flagship phone series without revealing the name.

Based on the latest update, it looks like the device could be the Z50S Pro.
The device has been spotted on the Geekbench and 3C certification websites ahead of its launch.

Both listings confirm some key details about the upcoming Nubia smartphone ahead of its launch.

Let’s take a look at the Nubia Z50S Pro specifications & features.

It has been spotted on the 3C certification website.
According to the listing on 3C, the upcoming Nubia smartphone has the model number NX713J.

There are also three efficiency cores clocked at 2.02GHz. These numbers and the cluster setup combined suggest that the Z50S Pro will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 SoC, which was first launched as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC for Galaxy. The SoC has an Adreno 740 GPU under cover .

The overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC scored 1564 and 5115 points in Geekbench 5’s single-core and multi-core tests. It is also listed on Geekbench with 12GB of RAM.

It would not be a surprise if Nubia launches the phone with up to 16GB or more RAM.
The phone is likely to offer up to 512GB of storage.
The Z50S Pro was seen running Android 13. It will likely have a layer of Nubia’s custom skin on top of Android.

Nubia Z50S Pro

The company has already teased the launch of its next flagship phone with improved cameras.

It looks like the upcoming Nubia flagship phone, which could well be the Z50S Pro, has a massive camera module on the back with one of the lenses shooting at 35mm. There will also likely be a bigger sensor compared to older Nubia phones.

Nubia, while teasing the sensor size differences between the upcoming flagship and the older one, did not specifically share details about its type.

However, we would not be surprised if the company jumps onto the 1-inch type sensor bandwagon and launches the upcoming flagship with a Sony IMX989 sensor.

This achievement can be attributed to Nubia’s cutting-edge 35mm customized optical system and an upgraded Ultra Sensor, surpassing the capabilities of its predecessor, the Nubia Z50, and even 1-inch outsoles.

One of the most intriguing aspects of the Nubia Z50S Pro’s camera system is its utilization of a 35mm golden focal length. This approach offers a unique perspective and delivers captivating images that stand out from the crowd.

In comparison to conventional lenses, the 35mm focal length brings a fresh and artistic touch to photography, offering users more creative possibilities.

The Nubia Z50S Pro pushes the boundaries of photography further with its upgraded sensor.

By adopting a larger Ultra Sensor, Nubia aims to increase the amount of light intake, resulting in improved low-light performance and enhanced image quality.

The comparison chart published by Ni Fei clearly highlights the significant size difference between the Nubia Z50S Pro’s sensor module and its components, promising a substantial leap in imaging capabilities.

While the exact specifications of the Nubia Z50S Pro remain undisclosed, we can expect a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen2 Leading Version processor, a high refresh rate of 144Hz, and rapid 80W flash charging.

FAQ’s

1) Nubia “Z50S Ultra” hype begins with design overhaul to showcase rear camera power.Details?

Ans) Nubia asserts that its “custom” 35mm lenses for its flagship smartphone rear cameras outdo the 1-inch sensors of some competitors in terms of image quality. Now, the brand has also hinted that the latest iteration of this technology just might rival the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in other ways as well. The putative Z50S Ultra is now tipped to come with its series’ biggest and most elaborate camera hump yet.

Nubia CEO Ni Fei’s new Weibo post hyping a new device to launch in July 2023 invites speculation that the brand will refresh its current flagship smartphone soon. If so, this Z40S Pro successor might launch with the overclocked Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 8 Gen 2 Leading Edition within the month.

Its possible immediate successor the Z50 Ultra stands out with red accents for its huge raised rear camera rings, not to mention the 35mm “custom optics” that are, apparently, the most viable alternative to fancy 1-inch sensors.

Its S-variant, however, is now depicted as going even further down these lines in its own new official trailers, in that those accents split into separate tiers, forming just one layer of what might be an even taller camera hump that is ostensibly styled to resemble a professional lens to Nubia’s best effect yet.

Furthermore, there are hints that the camera hump has indeed become a single solid circle this time, thereby challenging the Xiaomi 13 Ultra even more directly this time around. Should that be the case, it will be interesting to see if the “Nubia Z50S Ultra” also debuts with a Starry Night colorway this time.
