The upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) series has once again surfaced online with new leaks revealing storage configurations, colour variants, and benchmark details. The Phone (4a) Series is tipped to include two models, the Nothing Phone (4a) and the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. As per ongoing rumours, the series could debut on 5 March. Here are more details based on recent leaks.
Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore @Sudhanshu1414 on X claims that the Nothing Phone (4a) series will launch soon in global markets. According to the leak, both the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro will be offered in two configurations, which includes 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage.
In terms of colour choices, the Nothing Phone (4a) is expected to arrive in Black and White options. Meanwhile, the Pro model is tipped to be available in Black and Silver shades.
The vanilla Nothing Phone (4a) was reportedly first spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav @yabhishekhd on X with the model number “A069” on the Geekbench AI database. Although the listing does not explicitly mention the device name, Nothing’s existing naming pattern suggests it corresponds to the base Phone (4a) model.
The Geekbench AI entry reveals that the prototype was running on Android 16 and featured 12GB of RAM (11.14GB usable).
Unlike Geekbench 6, which focuses on single-core and multi-core performance scores, Geekbench AI measures AI-related performance. The Phone (4a) achieved a single precision score of 707, a half precision score of 1077, and a quantised score of 1265.
The listing further indicates that the prototype is powered by an octa-core processor configuration, with one core clocked at 2.71GHz, three cores at 2.4GHz, and four cores running at 1.80GHz. It is paired with an Adreno 810 GPU, as revealed through the Geekbench AI source code. Based on these specifications, the device appears to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC.
Previously, Nothing CEO Carl Pei confirmed in an interview that the Phone (4a) series would adopt UFS 3.1 storage technology. Beyond the Geekbench AI appearance, the Phone (4a) has also been spotted on the UAE’s TDRA certification website and India’s BIS certification platform, indicating an imminent launch.
The device is rumoured to pack a 5,080mAh battery with support for 50W wired fast charging. It is also expected to carry an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance and run Android 16 out of the box.
