Nothing OS 4.0 Stable Update

According to Nothing, the stable Nothing OS 4.0 rollout for the CMF Phone (1) has started today. As the update is being released in phases, it may take a few days before it reaches all users. The company also confirmed that the stable Nothing OS 4.0 update will be made available to Nothing Phone (3a) Lite users starting in January 2026.

A CMF Phone (1) user has shared a screenshot of the update changelog, revealing that the firmware package weighs around 2.03GB and comes with the build number Tetris-B4.0-251216-1717-IND. Another user highlighted a noticeable visual tweak introduced with the update, where the battery percentage is now displayed inside the battery icon on the CMF Phone (1).
