Nothing Phone 1
Nothing Phone (1) is all set to undergo the Android 13 Beta Program as it is all set to come out in the next two weeks, as confirmed by Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing company, who has also clarified that it will be beneficial to the users.
Nothing is a relatively new tech company that has rolled out its mode Nothing Phone (1) around early 2022 that was quite well received among the people, which is why it can be called a step in the right direction by the company to have made its mark in a year that saw the release of iPhone 14 series and Pixel 7 series.
Nothing CEO Carl Pei has now confirmed via tweet that the smartphone will have an Android 13 Beta Program, along with the Open Beta program that has been confirmed for December 2022, through which the company hopes to bring major improvements to the device.
Mr. Pei has said that the Nothing OS is based on Android 13 and was tested in the Closed Beta some time back, for which the details will be revealed in due course, whereas the Open Beta Program will commence within two weeks.
As of late, Nothing OS has been facing bug issues on Android 12, which include launcher crashes, brightness issues, along with other miscellaneous issues that the company hopes to rectify very soon, although some of the bugs have been sorted out.
Carl Pei has reassured Nothing Phone (1) users that once the tests are concluded and everything is sorted out, users will get to enliven a stable Android 13 update on their smartphones, while the problems it has been facing will be eased out.
