Nokia launches budget smartphone C21 Plus in India, price starts at Rs 10,299

Nokia has expanded its budget smartphone portfolio by launching a new smartphone under Rs10000 price bracket. The newly launched smartphone C21 Plus is the latest addition to the entry level smartphone offered by the Nokia.

In addition to the C21 Plus, Nokia also launched Nokia T10 Android tablet globally under budget category.

The newly launched Nokia C21 Plus is featured with a robust build quality and a long battery life.

Nokia C21 Plus Price

Launched in 3GB+32GB storage variant and 4GB+ 64GB variant, Nokia C21 Plus is available at  Rs 10, 299 and Rs 11,299, respectively. However, the brand is yet to confirm the availability of the device for sale. It is important to note that Nokia will give wire buds along with the C21 Plus.

The latest entry level smartphone is expected to be available for sale across retail channels and e-commerce websites very soon.

Nokia C21 Plus: Specifications

Nokia C21 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The smartphone has a waterdrop notch display and it draws its power from the Unisoc SC9863A processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Nokia C21 Plus runs on Android 11 Go edition.

Coming to the camera, the Nokia C21 Plus has a dual-camera setup on the rear including a 13-MP primary camera accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, the phone is equipped with a 5-megapixel camera on the front.

Nokia T10 Android tablet

To be available in the UK market from next month, the Nokia T10 Android tablet is yet to be unveiled in Indian market. In global market, the tablet is priced at £129 (roughly Rs. 12,158) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. The LTE variant of the tablet carries a price tag of  £149 (roughly Rs. 14,044).

Launched under the budget category, Nokia T10 features an 8-inch HD display with a refresh rate of 60hz. The tablet runs on Android 12 out of the box and is said to get three years of security support.

The Nokia C21 Plus has been launched as part of product expansion of its C-Series portfolio which is known to provide quality smartphones to consumers.

According to Sanmeet Singh Kochhar, Vice President, HMD Global, Nokia C21 Plus has been introduced as HMD Global is dynamically recognizing consumer wants and needs while filling gaps in the smartphone market.
