Motorola is a brand best known for its flip phones and budget-friendly smartphones. However, it appears the brand is now hinting at something new. If reports and the latest brand teaser are considered, Motorola will soon have its very first laptop for the Indian market.

While the company hasn’t officially launched the device yet, it has teased the upcoming laptop on Flipkart. Here’s what we know so far.

The Motorola teaser was spotted on Flipkart, a major online retailer in India, which also confirms that the Motorola laptop will be available there. The teaser doesn’t reveal much as there are no specs, prices, or design details yet.

What we do get is a brief message alongside the Motorola logo, “A Bold New World Of Laptops. Unveiling Soon.”

That’s all for now, but it’s a clear sign that Motorola is stepping into the PC space. Considering the brand’s reputation for offering value-for-money smartphones, there’s a good chance this laptop could be aimed at the entry-level segment.

With this move, Motorola will be going up against some of the more established names in the laptop market like ASUS, Acer, Dell, and others. But apart from the teaser and Flipkart listing, no further details have been shared yet.

What Else is Motorola Working On?

In other Motorola news, renders of the Razr 60 and Razr 60 Ultra have revealed their full designs and color options. Meanwhile, the Edge 60 and Edge 60 Pro have had their design and specifications leaked through a TENAA listing.

In another recent leak, the brand is working on a smartphone with a stylus in its Edge 60 series. The smartphone is expected to launch as the Edge 60 Stylus in India on April 17.

So besides the laptop, Motorola also seems to be busy preparing new mid-range and foldable smartphones.
