Motorola is all set to introduce the latest iteration of its popular Moto G series, the Moto G Play (2024), following the 2023 version unveiled last December.

While official details are yet to be released by Motorola, leaked information from OnLeaks and SMARTmania has given us a sneak peek into the design and specifications of the upcoming device.

Multiple colour options are expected but the Sapphire Blue variant is what the leaked renders have revealed.

Priced at an estimated $169 in the US market, the Motorola Moto G Play (2024) is anticipated to be officially announced next month, marking another exciting addition to Motorola’s affordable smartphone range.

The Moto G Play (2024) is expected to showcase a contemporary design with a centered punch-hole display, complemented by a noticeably thick chin at the bottom.

The back features a distinctive rectangular camera bump, which interestingly houses a single camera and a flash, a shift from its predecessor’s triple rear camera setup.

In terms of its build, the smartphone is designed with flat frames, accommodating the volume and power buttons on the right side.

The power button serves a dual purpose, functioning also as a fingerprint scanner. On the left, users will find a handy SIM card slot.

For connectivity and charging, the Moto G Play (2024) includes a USB-C port at the bottom, surrounded by a microphone andspeaker.

Additionally, it retains the conventional 3.5mm headphone jack, positioned at the top.
