It appears OPPO is preparing to introduce a new mid-range 5G model to its K-series of smartphones soon after launching the K14 Lite 4G model. A teaser of the upcoming OPPO K14 Plus 5G has just surfaced on social media, even though the brand has not posted about it via its official handles. While we can definitely expect an official post/announcement, here’s everything we know about this upcoming model so far.
OPPO K14 Plus 5G India Launch Teaser
While it has not revealed the exact launch date or confirmed any specs, the OPPO K14 Plus 5G teaser has confirmed that the smartphone is “coming soon”.
The teaser also says the K14 Plus 5G is “designed to deliver a powerful combination of performance and durability.” The company reportedly describes the smartphone as “Built to Perform and Last, OPPO K14 Plus 5G is designed for users seeking smooth performance and reliable everyday experiences.”
OPPO K14 Plus 5G Design and Colours (Expected)
The teaser gives a glimpse of the upcoming smartphone’s design. The OPPO K14 Plus 5G appears to have a flat plastic frame, with the power and volume buttons placed on the side.
The teaser also hints at two colour options for the smartphone including orange and black/silver finishes.
OPPO K14 Plus 5G – What Else We Know?
OPPO’s K-series lineup recently has had a few launches, which includes OPPO K14 Lite, K14, and K14x.
The OPPO K14 5G was launched in India in March this year with a starting price of Rs 17,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 6GB + 256GB version was priced at Rs 19,999, while the 8GB + 256GB model cost Rs 21,999. However, the base variant is currently selling for Rs 25,999.
Since the upcoming smartphone carries the “Plus” name, its price could potentially be around Rs 30,000 or higher. This, however, is only speculation at this stage since OPPO has not suggested anything regarding the pricing of the K14 Plus 5G.
As for specs, there are currently no leaks revealing the specifications or pricing of the OPPO K14 Plus 5G. Apart from the design details shown in the teaser and the information about its positioning, OPPO has not shared further hardware details about the upcoming smartphone.
