Moto G86 has been appearing online for a while now. Recently, details about the colour variants of the upcoming Motorola Moto G86 Power 5G have leaked, thanks to a new report from Android Headlines. Here’s what we know about the device.
Moto G86 Power – Colour Variants (Leaked)
According to the leak, the phone is shown in four colour options, Chrysanthemum (a pale red), Cosmic Sky (lavender), Golden Cypress (olive green) and Spellbound (a blue-grey shade). Each colour variant comes with a different back texture.

The Spellbound version features eco leather, while the rest use textured plastic with Cosmic Sky having a fabric-like feel.
Design-wise, the Moto G86 Power 5G looks very similar to the regular Moto G86 but is slightly thicker and heavier to accommodate a bigger battery. The phone features a flat frame, a flat back and a clean camera island in the top-left corner.
The power and volume buttons sit on the right side, and you’ll find Dolby Atmos branding at the top. On the front, there’s a small punch-hole selfie camera and slim, though slightly uneven bezels.
Moto G86 Power – Key Features (Expected)
Reports have revealed that the upcoming Moto phone has a flat 6.67-inch pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2712 x 1220. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i.
Under the hood, the Moto G86 Power 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. It will be available in two RAM options, 8GB and 12GB and two storage variants including 128GB and 256GB. Storage is also expandable. It will ship with Android 15 and get two years of OS updates along with four years of bi-monthly security patches.
For cameras, the phone sports a 50MP main sensor on the back (Sony’s LYTIA 600, f/1.88, OIS) paired with an 8MP macro camera (f/2.2, 1.12µm). On the front, there’s a 32MP camera (f/2.2, 0.7µm) for selfies.
One of the biggest highlights is the massive 6,720mAh battery, which adds to its weight, coming in at 198g. The phone measures 161.21 x 74.74 x 8.65mm and supports 33W TurboPower fast charging, though there’s no wireless charging.
It’s built to last with IP68, IP69 and MIL-STD-810H ratings for resistance against water, dust, and drops. Other features include dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Bluetooth 5.4 and regional support for both single and dual SIM models.
Motorola hasn’t confirmed a launch date yet, but with the Moto G86 5G’s specs and renders also surfacing, it looks like both models might launch side by side.
