Lava has quietly listed its latest smartphone, the Lava Blaze AMOLED 5G, on its official Indian website. As the name suggests, this new model aims to be one of the most affordable 5G phones with an AMOLED display. The listing reveals several key features, including a curved screen, a MediaTek chip and a large battery. Here’s everything we know about the phone.

Lava Blaze AMOLED 5G – Key Features

The phone features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ 3D curved-edge AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2400 x 1080 resolution. It weighs 183 grams and has a sleek profile at 8.45mm thick.

Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and runs on a clean version of Android 14, free from bloatware.

The phone will be offered in three RAM options, 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB, all paired with 128GB of internal storage. You also get virtual RAM matching each variant, 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB. However, there’s no microSD card slot for expanding storage.

For photography, the Blaze AMOLED 5G packs a 64MP Sony rear camera, a 2MP secondary lens, and an LED flash. On the front, there’s a 16MP selfie camera with screen flash to brighten low-light shots.

The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging through a USB Type-C port.

Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner for security and dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and USB-C for connectivity.

The Lava Blaze AMOLED 5G will be available in Titanium Grey and Starlight Purple colour options.

While pricing and the official launch date haven’t been revealed yet, the phone is expected to go on sale in India soon. Lava will also offer its free doorstep service for added convenience.
