It is introduced to put a stopper on the limitless scrolling and control the urge to post to every single thing happening online. With the mass obsessing over the ‘show on the web’ trend, this feature will remind the user to take a break for 10, 20, and 30 minutes. It will also show some ways in which one can really relax, like taking a few deep breaths, writing down what you’re thinking, listening to your favourite song or taking care of something on your to-do list.
