The iQOO Z9x 5G was on showcase quite recently in China.
Now it appears the affordable handset could make its way to the Indian market soon.
What gives, you ask?
Evidence of an impending India launch has surfaced through iQOO’s own spare parts listings, strongly hinting at the device’s imminent arrival in the country.
The listings reveal that the Z9x will likely be offered in 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+128GB RAM and storage configurations.
Since the iQOO Z9x is already available in China, we can make educated guesses about its specifications for the Indian market.
The Chinese variant features a 6.72-inch 120Hz LCD display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, a 6,000mAh battery with 44W charging, and a 50MP triple rear camera setup.
In China, the 8GB+128GB model of the Z9x 5G is priced at CNY 1,199 (around Rs 13,800).
If iQOO maintains similar pricing in India, the Z9x could undercut popular budget offerings like the Redmi Note 12 Pro lineup.
Interestingly, the listed spare part prices for the iQOO Z9x in India match those of the recently launched Vivo T3x.
This similarity suggests the Z9x could essentially be a rebranded version of the T3x for iQOO, aiming to offer a similar price-to-performance ratio in the sub-Rs 15,000 segment.
