iQOO is gearing up for an exciting launch event in China next week. The brand will officially unveil the iQOO Pad 5e tablet and the iQOO 15 smartphone at the event. Ahead of the debut, the brand has released new teasers revealing several advanced features. Here’s what we know.
The iQOO Pad 5e is being positioned as a flagship gaming tablet and will introduce eight proprietary gaming technologies to deliver a superior gameplay experience. These include:
Previous teasers confirmed that the iQOO Pad 5e will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and sport a 12.1-inch 2.8K display optimised for gaming.
It will also house a massive 10,000mAh battery, making it ideal for extended gaming sessions. The tablet is also the recommended device for playing Naraka: Bladepoint Mobile and Honor of Kings Pro League.
On the other hand, the iQOO 15 flagship smartphone is set to deliver top-tier performance and thermal management. It will feature the company’s largest-ever 8K VC Dome cooling system, offering a 14% larger heat dissipation area. The phone also uses a dual-layer ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite material, resulting in a 47% improvement in cooling efficiency compared to its predecessor.
On Weibo, the brand wrote, “The #iQOO15#, a generation-leading product , features an 8K VC Dome cooling system. This is the largest VC ever created by iQOO, featuring a double layer of ultra-high thermal conductivity graphite. This improves cooling performance by 47% compared to the previous generation, making it the ultimate central air conditioner in your phone!

In terms of connectivity, iQOO is calling the device a “cross-generational leader” thanks to its Universal E-sports Network System 2.0 and Universal Subway Gaming Network. With 23 antennas built into the design, users can expect a stable and robust signal. The network suite also includes Time-Space Signal Map 4.0, AI Network Selection 3.0, and Game Cloud Acceleration for lag-free online gaming experiences.
Earlier leaks and teasers have also revealed that the iQOO 15 will come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with an E-sports Q3 chip, and support 2K + 144Hz super-resolution gameplay. The smartphone will be available in Soaring Cloud Edition, Legend Edition, Wilderness Edition, and Track Edition colour variants.
Alongside the iQOO Pad 5e and iQOO 15, the brand will also launch the iQOO TWS 5 earbuds and the iQOO Watch GT 2 smartwatch at its event scheduled for October 20, 2025.
