iQOO today launched its much-awaited iQOO 9 series in India. The company claims it to be India’s most advanced flagship series comprising iQOO 9 Pro, iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 SE. These devices, as per iQOO, promise to bring extreme performance with ultra-mobile gaming, superior camera, and multi-media entertainment experiences to consumers in India. Price and availability The iQOO 9 Pro is priced at Rs 64,990 for 8GB+256GB and Rs 69,990 for 12GB+256GB variants in two colour options- Legend and Dark Cruise. The iQOO 9 will cost you Rs 42,990 for 8GB+128 GB and Rs 46,990 for 12GB+256GB options which are available in Legend and Alpha colours. The iQOO 9 SE comes with a price tag of Rs 33,990 for 8GB+128 GB and Rs 37,990 for 12GB+256GB versions available in Sunset Sierra and Space Fusion colour options. Pre-order for iQOO 9 Pro and iQOO 9 starts from Feb 23 and for iQOO 9 SE it starts from March 2 on Amazon.in and iQOO.com. Processors iQOO is the first brand to launch the latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 mobile processor that uses 4nm process technology in India with this series. This is combined with an enhanced LPDDR5 and enhanced UFS 3.1(V6). The iQOO 9 is equipped with Snapdragon 888+ 5G and iQOO 9 SE is equipped with the Snapdragon 888 5G with a 5nm process technology; both the smartphones feature enhanced LPDDR5 along with enhanced UFS 3.1. The iQOO 9 series is also equipped with a dedicated graphic chip - Intelligent Display Chip providing powerful GPU performance for more smooth visual effects while playing high graphics games and vivid colours. iQOO has also incorporated the Extended RAM 2.0 function within the iQOO 9 series, as 4GB of ROM have been re-allocated to be added upon 8GB/12GB of RAM, allowing apps to run simultaneously with minimal lag and sufficient storage space. It can charge iQOO 9 Pro 50% in 8min and 100% in just 20mins, whereas iQOO 9 can charge 50% in 6min and 100% in just 18mins. iQOO 9’s 120W Flash Charge has passed nine types of TÜV Rheinland lab tests and achieved 41 safe fast charging certifications. The iQOO 9 SE supports 66W FlashCharge technology helping in reducing the overall charging time. On the battery front, the iQOO 9 Pro is decked out with a 4700mAh battery, while the iQOO 9 and iQOO 9 SE sports a 4,350mAh and 4,500mAh battery, resulting in unrestrained device power and longevity. The iQOO 9 Pro comes with the powerful 50W wireless charging that can charge up to 100% in 46 minutes and is equipped with an efficient air-cooling system that doesn’t heat up the phone while charging. The iQOO Wireless Charger is priced at Rs 4,499 and will be available for purchase on iQOO e-store and Amazon.in. The iQOO 9 Pro is equipped with 3D Ultrasonic Large Fingerprint Sensor which is powered by Qualcomm 3D Sonic Max. Build quality Both the iQOO 9 Pro and iQOO 9 are designed with the legendary track design along with the micro-film condensing AG technology, comes engraved with the iQOO logo in a sleek look. iQOO 9 Pro and iQOO 9 are also available in two other colour options namely Dark Cruise and Alpha respectively. iQOO 9 Pro Dark Cruise has used Bullet Proof Aramid Fiber Material. The woven pattern is highly related to performance. This material features low density and high strength. Meanwhile, the iQOO 9 SE comes in Sunset Sierra and Space Fusion colorway, projecting a colorful appearance with premium matte finish.
