It appears Infinix might soon launch the world’s thinnest curved screen smartphone. If a recent leak is accurate, Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ will measure just 5.95mm thick, which is only 0.15mm thicker than Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge but expected to come in at less than half the price. Here’s what we know.

Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ – Thinnest Curved Screen Phone (Rumour)

Well-known tipster UniverseIce recently claimed the Hot 60 Pro+ has already entered mass production and says it’s being marketed as “the thinnest curved screen phone” ever. UniverseIce exclusively posted the details on X (formerly Twitter).

The tipster shared a few pictures including side-by-side photos of the device next to the iPhone 14, which is 7.8mm thick. The comparison image shows just how incredibly slim this new Infinix phone is shaping up to be, especially for something in the budget segment.

Chinese smartphone brands are known for bringing high-end design trends to lower price points. Infinix seems to be doing just that following in the footsteps of Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge, a phone that costs $1,099.99 and is built for design-first users.

In contrast, the Hot 60 Pro+ is expected to be priced under $500, giving more people access to that ultra-thin and premium feel.

The Hot 60 Pro+ is expected to feature mid-range specs, so don’t expect the same performance, display quality, or camera capabilities as Samsung’s flagship. However, if Infinix manages to offer decent battery life with the newer silicon-carbon battery tech, it could still deliver a great user experience.

If the balance between form and function is done right, the Hot 60 Pro+ could be a strong pick for anyone who wants the sleek look of a $1,100 phone without the steep price tag. It might even kick off a new wave of ultra-slim designs in the affordable smartphone market.
