Infinix has officially confirmed the global launch date of its upcoming gaming smartphone, the Infinix GT 50 Pro. The device is set to debut on April 24 and is being promoted as the “Ultimate for Gamers.”
Moreover, pre-order listings have surfaced on Transsion’s Hong Kong website ahead of its unveiling and revealed some key specifications and other details.
According to the listing on Transsion’s Hong Kong website, the Infinix GT 50 Pro will be available in Black Abyss, Silver Glacier and Red Blaze colour options.
The company is promoting the smartphone as a “Liquid Cooling Beast,” highlighting its HydraFlow Liquid Cooling technology, which is designed to maintain optimal temperatures and ensure stable performance during extended gaming sessions.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 Ultimate chipset positioning it as a strong contender in the gaming smartphone segment. It is also expected to feature a 144FPS gaming ecosystem, Dolby Atmos support and pressure-sensitive GT Triggers, all aimed at delivering an enhanced and immersive gaming experience.
For storage, the smartphone will come with 12GB of RAM and offer either 256GB or 512GB of internal storage options.

On the display front, leaks suggest that the Infinix GT 50 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and support for a 144Hz refresh rate ensuring smooth visuals. To further improve thermal performance, the device is expected to include a micro-pump liquid cooling system with a large 6,437mm² cooling area helping reduce overheating during intensive usage.
In terms of camera capabilities, the smartphone is confirmed to feature a 50-megapixel AI primary camera with OIS support. Additional reports indicate that it may also include an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
The device is also expected to support MagCharge 2.0 magnetic accessories allowing users to power the phone while gaming, thereby reducing battery strain. It is likely to offer 15W wireless charging along with 12W TEC cooling support to maintain performance under heavy load.
