IDEMIA India’s Noida HO earns GSMA SAS accredited support site status

IDEMIA, the global leader in Augmented Identity, has announced that IDEMIA India, Noida HO has earned GSMA SAS accredited support site status. This is another feather added to IDEMIA’s Noida manufacturing, which is India’s largest and being one of the world’s most advanced SIM production centers. It gets an edge with this additional support site accreditation. Under the accreditation, IDEMIA Noida HO can now securely connect GSMA certified datacenters for customer delivery and operations remotely, as per GSMA compliance.

The GSMA accreditation will provide IDEMIA India access to Azure DC in France and US and will further lead to the increased capacity of delivery of Digital Solution products viz. Smart Connect M2M, Smart Connect Consumer and DPS (Digital Personalization System) around the globe from Noida HO. Also, the accreditation will enable IDEMIA to broaden the support for mobile operators by delivering solutions with high levels of service availability and geo-redundancy capacities. Currently, the remote access was limited to IDEMIA GSMA-certified DCs in Romania and US.

Rahul Tandon, Senior Vice President, IDEMIA, said, “This certification demonstrates IDEMIA’s commitment to raising the bar on providing high standards of industry-defined requirements and data protection regulations for managing Subscription Management platforms for eUICCs (embedded SIM  – eSIM) and will enable us to deliver the best-in-class products and services that secure connectivity for consumers, devices and citizens across the world.”
