The Watch Ultimate 2 is offered in Black and Blue variants.
The Black version measures 48.5 x 48.5 x 12.9mm and comes with a black fluoroelastomer strap, while the Blue version is slightly slimmer at 47.8 x 47.8 x 12.9mm and includes a titanium strap plus long blue and white fluoroelastomer straps. Both models support 140–210mm wrist sizes, weigh 80.5g, and feature a zirconium-based liquid metal case for durability.
The smartwatch is equipped with a 1.5-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with 466 x 466 resolution and 3500 nits peak brightness, protected by sapphire glass.
The Watch Ultimate 2 is the first smartwatch certified for dives up to 150 meters. It features waterproof audio functions and even supports sonar-based messaging up to 30 meters underwater. Users can connect with up to 50 diving partners, send test messages on land, and choose from multiple dive modes such as recreational, technical, scuba, and free dive. The watch displays key dive stats like depth, time, speed, NDL, and PO2, while dive history and messages are accessible on both the watch and the Huawei Health app.

Additional features include fall detection, action camera control, zoomable course maps, golf tracking, ball trajectory sharing, gesture controls, mobile payments, and AppGallery support.
The Watch Ultimate 2 promises 11 days (light use), 6 days (typical use), 4 days (Always-On Display), 4.5 days on Android and 3.5 days on iOS in standard mode.
The Huawei Watch Ultimate 2 will go on sale in October, though pricing details are yet to be announced. Early subscribers can claim 10% off or a £100 coupon.
