The latest offering by the brand focuses on parental controls, real-time location tracking, video calling, and durable designs suited for children. Huawei says the devices are designed to help parents stay connected with their kids while also encouraging healthier, safer digital habits.

Huawei Watch Kids X1 and X1 Pro Features & Specifications

Both the Watch Kids X1 and Watch Kids X1 Pro feature a 1.82-inch AMOLED display with a 480 x 408-pixel resolution and a pre-applied anti-sunlight screen-protective film. The smartwatches support 4G connectivity, allowing children to make voice and video calls independently without a nearby smartphone.

Advanced positioning technology that supports multiple satellite systems and AI-powered location tracking has also been included in both watches. Parents can monitor their child’s live location, set safe zones, and receive alerts when the child enters or exits designated areas.
