The standard Nova 15 maintains a familiar appearance, closely resembling its predecessor with a single punch-hole display and a relatively simple rear camera layout, ensuring continuity with earlier Nova models.

In contrast, the Nova 15 Pro and Nova 15 Ultra introduce a noticeable shift in design. Both adopt a horizontally aligned camera arrangement, marking a first for the Nova lineup and giving the phones a more distinctive visual identity.
The Nova 15 Ultra further enhances this look with a dual circular camera ring design, improving symmetry and overall aesthetics. Promotional images also suggest that the Ultra model features a metal middle frame, hinting at a more premium build quality.
