Honor has launched its fourth phone this month in China, the Honor X70i. It follows the recent Honor releases such as the Honor Power, Honor X60 GT and Honor GT Pro. While those were packed with powerful Snapdragon chipsets, the X70i is aimed at the budget segment and comes with a Dimensity chipset instead. Here’s what we know about the device.
The Honor X70i has a sleek and slim design, measuring 161mm x 74.55mm x 7.29mm and weighing around 178.5g. It features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ resolution (2412 x 1080), DCI-P3 color gamut, 10-bit colors, and an impressive peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits.
On the camera front, it sports a single 108MP rear camera with an f/1.75 aperture, and an 8MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, the phone runs on the Dimensity 7025 Ultra processor, paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and offers up to 512GB of storage. It packs a large 6,000mAh battery with 35W fast charging via USB Type-C.
The X70i runs MagicOS 9.0, which is based on Android 15. Other features include an under-display fingerprint sensor, 5G support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Honor X70i comes in three storage options:

It’s available in four colour choices including Magnolia Purple, Moon Shadow White, Velvet Black and Sky Blue.
The Honor X70i is a slightly tweaked version of the Honor 400 Lite that’s available globally.
The X70i has a bigger 6,000mAh battery and a single 108MP rear camera, while the 400 Lite features a 5,320mAh battery, a dual rear camera setup (108MP + 5MP), a 16MP front camera, and weighs slightly less at 171g.
