Himanshu Tandon appointed as new head of POCO India

POCO India has announced the appointment of Himanshu Tandon as the new head head. Tandon’s appointment has come after Anuj Sharma again took the charge as Chief marketing officer of Xiaomi India last week.

Tandon who has been a part of the founding team of POCO India is credited for helping scale the brand over the years.

“Leveling up our commitment towards the brand, we are excited to announce a young and dynamic leader Himanshu Tandon as POCO India Head. Strengthening POCO’s vision in the country, Himanshu has been a part of founding team of POCO in India and has helped scale the brand over the years,” reads a statement issued by the POCO.

Service centers

Additionally, the smartphone manufacturer has announced to strengthen its service centre across the country. According to the latest update, the POCO will expand its after-sales reach to 2000+ service centers across the country.

With the expansion of service centres, POCO is aiming to ensure enhanced customer experience across the country.

POCO C40

POCO, known for catering budget and mid-range segment smartphone users in India and global markets, is gearing to launch POCO C40. The new smartphone will be launched by the Company on June 16 in an online launch event.

POCO C40 will feature a 6000mAh battery and it promises to offer enough power to work, live, and play throughout the day without worrying. The Company is yet to announce POCO C40’s availability in India.

Not only battery, POCO is also offering the largest display ever on POCO. The POCO C40 features the 6.71″ dot drop display. The upcoming launch of the C40 will expand Poco’s C-series of entry-level smartphones.
