The Google Pixel 7 series is slated to launch in the United States later this year, with renders of the Pixel 7 Pro leaking last week. In the latest development, a Google Pixel series device has been found on BIS certification, indicating that the company is planning to introduce a new Pixel phone in India shortly.
The model number GX7AS for a Google device has been spotted on the BIS certification website, implying that it could release in India. Although there isn’t a lot of information about the smartphone, we can guess it’s a Google Pixel smartphone. It’s also possible that the smartphone will be part of Google Pixel 7 series, which will include – Pixel 7a, Pixel 7, and Pixel 7 Pro.
Google hasn’t released another device in India after the Pixel 4a which had a good run in the country. Let’s learn more about the Google Pixel smartphone that appeared on BIS certification.
The Google Pixel 7 Pro is believed to look identical to the Pixel 6 Pro in terms of appearance. A triple-camera configuration on the rear might contain a main wide camera, an ultrawide camera, and a periscope camera.
At the front, there will be a 6.7-6.8-inch AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout in the top centre. The front-facing AMOLED display is flat. At this time, the smartphone’s specifications are unknown. You can see the Google Pixel 7 Pro’s detailed renders here.
