Germany-based audio brand Blaupunkt has launched a budget neckband in India. The newly launched neckband called BE 100 comes with TurboVolt charging and Blaupunkt claims a battery life of 10 hours with just 10 minutes of charging.

Real time monitoring with the LCD battery indicator, call vibration alert, and in-line controls among other prominent features of the Blaupunkt BE 100 neckband earphones.

The BE 100 earphones has been launched in two colour options and it can be purchased via e-commerce platform Amazon.

Priced Rs 1,299 in India, the Blaupunkt BE 100 is available in two colour options — Black and Blue.

Featuring an in-ear design and 10mm drivers, high-definition sound, and noise isolation technology are offered in Blaupunkt BE 100 for an enhanced audio experience.

The neckband is equipped with call vibration alert feature to alert users of an incoming call even when the earplugs are not in use or the phone is silent. The earphone is equipped with several in-line controls including buttons to answer, end, or reject calls as well as option to switch songs.

Additionally, the BE 100 earphone comes with LCD battery indicator to allow users to check the battery status on the neckband itself.

Battery life

With a 600mAh battery, Blaupunkt promises to offer up to 8 weeks of standby time. The neckband comes with the TurboVolt charging with the USB Type-C charging cable. The brand promises a playback time of 10 hours with just 10 minutes of charging. The earphones are splashproof and can be charged through a standard Type C port

Being a sweat-resistant and splashproof, users can easily wear them to the gym, but it cannot be used in the rain. Voice control is also available on the Blaupunkt BE100, allowing users to pull up voice assistants like Google Assistant.

The Blaupunkt BE100 is priced at Rs 1,299 but it can be bought from Amazon at Rs 999 currently. The neckband comes in two colours – Black and Blue. Interested users can also buy the device from Blaupunkt’s own website.
