A fresh leak from tipster Digital Chat Station has given us an early glimpse of what the OnePlus 15 might offer and as expected, it looks like more refinement than revolution.
According to the Digital Chat Station’s recent post on Weibo, the OnePlus 15 will come with a 6.78-inch LTPO 2.5D flat display with 1.5K resolution, custom-made by BOE. This is slightly smaller than the OnePlus 13’s 6.82-inch QHD+ LTPO 4.1 display, but the new panel is said to be more power-efficient, with better color consistency and improved brightness.

The phone is also tipped to feature a “LIPO four narrow edge design,” meaning ultra-thin, uniform bezels on all sides made possible by LIPO technology. The focus seems to be on energy efficiency, consistent colour tuning, and even brightness across the display, typical improvements you’d expect in a yearly update.
Design-wise, the engineering prototype is described as “SuperBlack” with high light absorption that supposedly makes it look like a “black hole.” While that may be an exaggeration, it hints at a matte black version that reduces glare and smudges.
The OnePlus 15 is expected to run on Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship chip, the SM8850, likely to be called the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. The phone is also said to have “custom buttons” on the side, though their function remains unknown.
There’s no word yet on the phone’s exact dimensions, camera setup, or build materials. But since the OnePlus 13 already offers a 6000mAh battery, a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and triple 50MP cameras, it looks like the OnePlus 15 will focus more on fine-tuning than major upgrades.
