Dell Technologies has unveiled its latest addition to the Indian market, the Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor (P2424HT).
This is the world’s first 23.8-inch touch monitor that includes Ethernet connectivity.
Designed to serve as a productivity hub in diverse environments such as retail, warehousing, and office spaces, the monitor offers a range of features aimed at improving interactivity and convenience.
The monitor is priced at Rs 26,999 and will be available from September 26 across Dell Exclusive Stores, Dell.com, Amazon.com, large format retail, and multi-brand outlets.
Connectivity is one of the key areas where this Dell USB-C Hub Monitor stands out.
The monitor features USB-C connectivity with up to 90W power delivery, and an RJ45 port to provide stable wired Ethernet connectivity.
Additionally, two quick-access USB ports are positioned on the side of the display for easy access to accessories.
These ports can be covered when not in use to maintain a sleek appearance.
The monitor also includes built-in HDMI and DisplayPort, rounding out its connectivity options.
The touch interface of this Dell USB-C Hub Monitor supports up to 10-point touch.
This means users can perform tasks like annotating, zooming, flicking, swiping, dragging, pinching, and tapping using up to ten fingers simultaneously.
The screen is backed by IPS technology that enables 99 percent sRGB colour accuracy across a wide viewing angle.
An additional feature, ComfortView Plus, minimizes potentially harmful blue light emissions without affecting the colour quality.
The Dell 24 Touch USB-C Hub Monitor is built with ergonomic considerations.
Its articulating stand design allows users to switch the monitor from a standard desktop orientation to a 60-degree downward touch orientation.
The monitor also includes height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and slant functionalities, with protective cushions on the bottom edge to safeguard against bumps when the stand is fully compressed.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the monitor is constructed using 85% PCR (Post-Consumer Recyclable) plastic.
It has received ENERGY STAR, TCO Certified Edge, and EPEAT Gold certifications, reflecting Dell’s focus on environmental responsibility.
