Nothing’s sub-brand CMF has launched the new CMF Watch 3 Pro in India with upgrades in display, battery life and fitness features. The latest model succeeds the Watch 2 Pro that debuted in the country two years ago. While the smartwatch retains a circular dial design, it drops interchangeable bezels for a more fixed design approach.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro is priced at Rs. 7,999 in India. However, it will be available at an introductory price of Rs. 6,999 as part of a limited-period offer. The smartwatch comes in Dark Grey, Light Green, Light Grey and Orange colour options.
Early access sales will begin on May 7 at 12pm IST, while official sales are scheduled to start from May 8 via Flipkart and offline retail stores across the country.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, 326ppi pixel density, 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 670 nits peak brightness. It supports Always-On Display and offers more than 120 customisable watch faces including dynamic, interactive, static, photo, video and AI-generated options through Watch Face Studio.
The smartwatch supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and is compatible with Android 6.0 and above as well as iOS 13 and later. It works with the Nothing X app enabling health insights, watch customisation, music control and integration with Strava, Apple Health, and Google Health Connect.
Key features include Bluetooth calling, message notifications, quick replies, camera and music controls, voice assistant support, weather updates, world clock, stopwatch, timer, alarm, calculator, torch, calendar, and find my phone functionality.
For fitness and wellness, the device includes AI-powered running coaching with personalised training plans, AI-generated workout summaries, recovery insights, training load tracking, and endurance predictions for 5K and 10K runs. It also offers guided breathing exercises, gesture shortcuts, automatic workout detection, recording transcription, Essential News updates, and 3D animated warm-up guides.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro supports 131 sports modes along with seven smart activity recognition modes. Health tracking features include heart rate monitoring, advanced sleep tracking, SpO2 measurement, stress tracking, women’s health tracking, hydration reminders, inactivity alerts, calorie tracking, distance tracking, and Active Score monitoring.
The wearable comes with dual-band GPS support using L1 and L5 frequencies and supports navigation systems including GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou. It is equipped with multiple sensors such as an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor, and a linear vibration motor.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro packs a 350mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. It is claimed to deliver up to 13 days of battery life with typical usage, up to 10 days with heavy usage, and around 4.5 days with Always-On Display enabled. In power-saving mode, the battery can last up to 60 days. It also offers up to 17.9 hours of Bluetooth calling and up to 17.2 hours of GPS usage. The smartwatch is said to fully charge in 99 minutes.
In terms of design, the smartwatch features a precision-milled metal body paired with removable liquid silicone straps and comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Dark Grey and Light Green variants measure 258 x 47 x 14.4mm and weigh 51.9g. The Light Grey variant has a thickness of 15.2mm and weighs 51g, while the Orange variant measures 14.5mm in thickness and weighs 52.4g.
