Apple is opening its third retail store in India, Apple Hebbal Bengaluru, on September 2, 2025. Located on the first floor of Phoenix Mall of Asia, this new outlet follows the launch of Apple BKC in Mumbai and Apple Saket in New Delhi. The company also confirmed plans for a fourth store, Apple Koregaon Park in Pune.

Ahead of its opening, Apple hosted a media preview showcasing the highlights of Apple Hebbal.

Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People, expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “We’re delighted to open Apple Hebbal, a community hub that celebrates Bengaluru’s spirit of innovation. We can’t wait to connect with people here and inspire them to create, collaborate, and do amazing things with Apple. We’re excited to continue to bring Apple experiences to customers across India, who inspire us with their creativity and passion.”

To find the store, visitors can enter through the main entrance of Phoenix Mall of Asia, walk about 30–40 metres, and take the escalator on the right to reach the first floor where Apple Hebbal is situated.

Here are key things to know about the new store:

  1. Apple Hebbal is Carbon Neutral Operations. Following the trend of Apple offices and retail outlets worldwide, it also runs on 100% renewable energy, reinforcing the brand’s sustainability commitment.
  2. Apple Hebbal promises a world-class shopping experience even though it is not a standalone building like New York’s Fifth Avenue glass cube. Customers can explore Apple’s entire lineup including iPhone, iPad, Mac, iMac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, AirPods, and accessories like AirTags and Apple Pencil. The store has 70 staff members, and customers can also seek expert advice at the Genius Bar.

  1. Buyers can order devices through the Apple Store app or the official website and collect them at Apple Hebbal. With Apple’s major “Awe Dropping” event scheduled for September 9, customers will soon be able to pre-order new products online and be among the first to pick them up at the store.
  2. The 70-member team comes from 15 states across India and can communicate in 27 languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, and Tamil.

  3. Customers can engrave names, initials, numbers, or emojis on select products such as iPad, AirPods, AirTag, and Apple Pencil. Engraving options are available in multiple Indian languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, and English.
