The only new entry to the September list is the recently launched Redmi Note 14 Pro+. It has occupied the tenth place in the list.
It is interesting to note that the older Redmi smartphones such as the Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Note 12T Pro still perform better than the new Note 14 Pro+ on the AnTuTu benchmark.
This is mainly due to the more powerful processors used in older devices. Note 12 Turbo and Note 12T Pro are powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 and Dimensity 8200 respectively.
Certain reports have suggested that the rumoured Redmi Turbo 4 can prove to be a serious contender for the top spot. It is speculated to feature the next-generation Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor.
The claim that Turbo 4 could climb the rankings has been made on the assumption that it remains affordably priced to fit the flagship killer category.
