The benchmark listings point to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset powering both devices and reveal their performance scores, RAM configurations and operating system details.
iQOO Neo 12 Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Specifications
The alleged iQOO Neo 12 has appeared on Geekbench 7.0.0 for Android AArch64 with the model number V2618A.
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and 16GB RAM
According to the Geekbench listing, the iQOO Neo 12 uses Qualcomm’s SM8850 processor identifier, which points to the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 3mn chipset. The processor configuration includes six cores clocked at 3.63GHz and two cores clocked at 4.61GHz.
The listing also shows 14.89GB of available memory, suggesting that the tested device could be a 16GB RAM variant.

The phone will additionally feature a dedicated Q3 gaming chip, which is expected to support its gaming-focused hardware.
