Xiaomi has expanded the global availability of its UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W. Built for devices that support magnetic wireless charging, the power bank is compatible with select Xiaomi, Apple, Samsung, and Google smartphones. It is positioned as a competitor to Apple’s MagSafe Battery Pack, while offering a thinner profile.
The magnetic power bank is designed for users seeking a slim and lightweight backup charging solution that does not add noticeable bulk to their smartphones. Here’s everything you need to know about the newly arrived power bank.

The Xiaomi UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank 5000 15W is now available in multiple international markets. In Australia, it is priced at AUD 69.50 (approximately Rs. 4,500). Customers in Singapore can purchase it for SGD 69.90 (around Rs. 5,000), while in Japan, it carries a price tag of JPY 5,980 (roughly Rs. 3,500).
As of now, Xiaomi has not announced availability in India or other Western regions.
The power bank comes in three colour options, which include Graphite Black, Glacier Silver and Radiant Orange.
The accessory stands out for its ultra-slim 6mm body and lightweight build of just 98 grams, making it easy to carry in a pocket even when magnetically attached to a smartphone. It packs a high-energy-density silicon-carbon battery with a typical capacity of 5,000mAh and a rated capacity of 3,000mAh at 5V.
The Xiaomi UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank supports up to 15W magnetic wireless charging. For iPhone users, it delivers up to 7.5W wireless output. Through its USB Type-C port, the device supports up to 22.5W fast wired charging. It also allows simultaneous charging of two devices using both wired and wireless outputs together.
To manage heat during charging, Xiaomi has integrated a 4,369 sq mm graphite heat dissipation sheet along with a dual NTC temperature control system. These components help regulate temperature and maintain stable performance.
The UltraThin Magnetic Power Bank also includes multiple safety protections such as safeguards against overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuits, overcharging, and foreign object detection.
It supports magnetic wireless charging via magnetic induction operating between 120kHz and 147kHz. The device measures 98.5 x 71.5 x 6mm and ships with the power bank unit, a user manual, and a warranty card in the box.
The power bank supports Xiaomi 12 series and newer models including the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
For Apple users, it works with the iPhone 12 series up to the iPhone 17 series. Samsung compatibility ranges from the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. It is also compatible with the Google Pixel 9 series and Google Pixel 10 series including Pro and Fold variants.
