Smartphone and Smart TV brand Xiaomi India’s range of smart TVs have been rated as the Best Smart TVs by users across the country. Based on the recent consumer satisfaction (CSAT) measurement and benchmarking carried out by Unomer, an independent research company, users have also rated Xiaomi and Redmi Smart TVs as Best Smart TV brand with “Highest Quality”. The survey was conducted with 1200 smart TV owners across 8 cities.

Xiaomi India has been leading the smart TV segment for 14 consecutive quarters with best-selling models like the Mi TV 4A, 4A Horizon edition, and 4A Pro. 59% of the users said that Xiaomi Smart TVs have the best smart features and 62% said that Xiaomi has the best screen design – bezel-less design. Smart TV owners ranked Xiaomi at the no. 1 when it came to highest overall satisfaction scare with 68% of its owners saying they were ‘Very Satisfied’ with the product and believe that it is the ‘Best Smart Television Brand for Me’. Xiaomi was followed by OnePlus with 65% of the owners saying they were ‘Very Satisfied’.
