The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra features a large 14-inch OLED display with a 3.2K resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen uses TCL’s M9 luminous material and offers a global brightness of 900 nits, peaking at 1600 nits.
Xiaomi has added a nano-soft light screen coating with anti-reflective tech and nano-etching, which it claims reduces up to 99% of ambient light interference, making it easier to use in bright conditions.

Design-wise, the Pad 7 Ultra is sleek and minimal, measuring just 5.1mm thick and weighing 609 grams. The bezels are slim too, at 3.95mm. The tablet is available in Misty Purple and Classic Black.
At its core, the Pad 7 Ultra runs the in-house XRING O1 chip, built on TSMC’s 3nm N3E process. It’s a 10-core processor with a 2+4+2+2 architecture, and the fastest core runs at 3.7GHz. The tablet comes with LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring smooth multitasking and fast app loading.
It runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, based on Android 15.
Keeping things running is a massive 12000mAh battery, which supports 120W fast charging via a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port. That means you can quickly top up the large battery when needed.
On the front, there’s a 32MP camera with portrait centering, while the back has a 50MP sensor housed in a matrix-style camera module.
For audio, the Pad 7 Ultra is equipped with eight speakers, four amplifiers, and four microphones inside a 16.5cc sound chamber, delivering a solid multimedia experience.
The tablet supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and even includes an IR blaster. Xiaomi also offers a color-matched keyboard accessory, featuring keys with 1.3mm travel for comfortable typing.
