Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G to go on sale on May 2, check specifications and availability

After introducing Xiaomi 12 Pro phone in other markets, Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has finally launched its Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G phone. Xiaomi12Pro 5G sale will start on May 2 across its platforms and Amazon. Xiaomi will host- Xiaomi Fan Sale on May 1, 2022 to get Xiaomi 12 Pro with up to Rs 20,000 off.

Trendsetting design, iconic Camera setup, Snapdragon® 8 Gen 1 chipset, 120Hz AMOLED Display, quad speakers and sound by Harman/Kardon and, hypercharge technology are among other features of the just launched Xioami 12 Pro smartphone.

Available in 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage variants and three colour options in India, Xiaomi12Pro is priced Rs62,999 and Rs 66,999, respectively. Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G’s colour options include Noir Black, Opera Mauve and Couture Blue.

Featuring a 6.73-inch E5 AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display(WQHD+) with support for 120Hz refresh rate,  Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G has stereo speakers, IR Blaster, a USB Type-C port and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The display of the Xiaomi12Pro is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and the screen is said to offer a peak brightness of 1500 nits. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of non-expandable storage.

The device packs a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary shooter with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. The device is equipped with a 32MP shooter for selfies and video calls. The front camera can record Full-HD videos at 60fps.

Xiaomi 12 Pro sources its fuel from a 4,600 mAh battery which supports 120W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

With smart 120W Xiaomi P1 chipset, Xiaomi12Pro will give you 100% charge in 18 minutes. The Xiomi 12 Pro comes with motion tracking focus, motion capture focus and eye tracking focus.

With the latest gen technology LTPO 2.0 on the Xiaomi12Pro not just gives a smoother display but also consumes less power, overall.
