Vivo has quietly launched the Y600k Turbo in China, adding another smartphone to its Y-series lineup. The new phone comes with a massive 9,020mAh battery, Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and 90W fast charging. It is offered with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage in a single configuration.
Vivo Y600k Turbo Price and Availability
The Vivo Y600k Turbo is priced at CNY 2,799 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The smartphone is available in three colour options named Electric Blue, Dune Gold and Millennial Pink.
For now, the phone has been launched in China. Vivo has not confirmed any plans to bring the Y600k Turbo to India.
9,020mAh Battery With 90W Charging
One of the biggest highlights of the Vivo Y600k Turbo is its 9,020mAh battery. The large battery is paired with support for 90W wired fast charging, allowing users to recharge the phone quickly despite its high battery capacity.
The phone also supports reverse/OTG charging, allowing it to be used to power other compatible devices.
Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 Performance
The Vivo Y600k Turbo is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset. The processor is paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
This combination gives the phone a solid hardware setup for everyday use, multitasking and other demanding tasks.
6.83-Inch 120Hz AMOLED Display
The smartphone features a large 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 2800 × 1260-pixel resolution. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, which should make scrolling and animations look smoother.
According to launch reports, the display can reach up to 5,000 nits of local peak brightness, giving it a high brightness rating for viewing content in bright conditions.
50MP Dual Camera
For photography, the Vivo Y600k Turbo gets a 50MP primary rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera for selfies and video calls.
The camera setup is relatively straightforward with the 50MP sensor handling the main photography duties while the depth camera assists with portrait shots.
Other Features
The Vivo Y600k Turbo comes with an IP68 and IP69 rating for protection against dust and water. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.
Other connectivity and convenience features include an IR blaster, NFC and Wi-Fi 6. The phone weighs 215 grams and measures 8.29mm in thickness.
On the software side, it runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The main difference is in the storage configuration and pricing. The Y600k Turbo is offered with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage at CNY 2,799, while the Y600 Turbo is available with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage and starts at CNY 2,299.

With such closely matched specifications, the Y600k Turbo could simply be a regional or refreshed version of the Y600 Turbo rather than a completely different device.
Vivo Y600k Turbo Was Previously Spotted on Google Play Console
The Vivo Y600k Turbo had also appeared on the Google Play Console before its official launch. The listing identified the smartphone with the model number V2553A.
The listing revealed 12GB of RAM and Android 16, while the display resolution was listed as 1260 × 2800 pixels. It also mentioned Qualcomm’s SM7635 platform, which is associated with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
These earlier details now line up with the specifications of the officially launched Vivo Y600k Turbo.
