Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch the Vivo Y400 5G soon in India. Slated for an early August debut, key details of the upcoming phone have surfaced ahead of its official unveiling. Here’s all we know about the phone as of now.

Vivo Y400 5G – Key Features (Leaked)

According to a recent report by 91mobiles, the Vivo Y400 5G will come with an IP68/69-rated body, making it highly resistant to dust and water. The report also confirms that the phone will feature a massive 6,000mAh battery paired with 90W fast charging.

In comparison, the more premium Y400 Pro offers a 5,500mAh battery with the same 90W charging speed but only an IP66 rating. The publication further reveals that the Y400 5G will be available in two colours, which are Olive Green and Glam White.

As per a report by Xpertpick, the Vivo Y400 5G, identified by model number V2506, has appeared on certification platforms such as the Bluetooth SIG, India’s BIS, and Google Play Console.

The Play Console listing indicates that the phone will sport a curved-edge display with FHD+ resolution, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and will run Android 15 out of the box.

Details regarding the Y400 5G’s camera setup remain unknown at this time.

In related news, Vivo is also said to be working on the Vivo V60, which is expected to launch in India on August 12. The V60 is tipped to feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and a 6,000mAh battery with 90W charging. It is rumoured to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S30, which debuted in China in May.

As of now, Vivo is also expected to announce the Vivo T4R smartphone in India by the end of this month.
