The global version of the X500 Series is confirmed to launch in select European countries starting October 21.

The Vivo X500 Pro has scored 1,521 points in the single-core test and 6,024 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. The listing identifies the smartphone with model number V2621 and reveals 12GB of RAM.

It also confirms that the handset runs Android 17 and the processor is identified as MediaTek MT6995.

Vivo X500 Pro Geekbench Reveals Dimensity 9600 Pro

The Geekbench listing identifies the processor as MediaTek MT6995, which is expected to be the Dimensity 9600 Pro. The chipset is listed with an eight-core CPU arranged across three clusters.

The CPU configuration includes three cores clocked at 3.10GHz, three cores running at 4.35GHz and two cores reaching 4.55GHz. The listing also identifies the motherboard as k6995v1_64 and specifies the ARMv8 architecture with AArch64 support.

These details offer an early look at the phone’s hardware ahead of its global launch.

Vivo X500 Pro Global Variant Already Spotted on Certification Sites

Before appearing on Geekbench, the Vivo X500 Pro was spotted on Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) certification website.

The certification lists the smartphone under model number V2621 and certificate number B38645-26. It mentions support for GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR network standards, confirming that the device supports 5G connectivity. The listing also states that the handset is manufactured in China.

Vivo X500 Pro Expected Specifications

Based on the China model, the Vivo X500 Pro is expected to feature a 6.36-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. For photography, the handset is expected to feature a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. It is also expected to include a 50-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone is expected to pack a 6,510mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. It is also expected to offer IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

These specifications are based on the China model and should be treated as expected details until vivo confirms the final configuration for global markets.

Vivo X500 Pro Global Launch Date

Vivo has confirmed that the Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max will launch in select European countries by the end of this month. The smartphones are scheduled to go on sale from November 5.

The NBTC certification of the Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max also points towards their eventual availability in Thailand. However, the company has not confirmed the complete list of global markets or the India launch timeline.
