Vivo is all set to introduce its next flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, in India early next month. The device will launch alongside the Vivo X300 FE with a strong focus on camera performance while also delivering top-tier flagship hardware. Vivo has already teased the design of the X300 Ultra and dedicated microsites have revealed key details about its features ahead of the official announcement.
The Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE are scheduled to debut in India on May 6 at 12 PM IST. Following the launch, the smartphones will be available for purchase through multiple platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Vivo’s official online store.
The device is also expected to arrive in several colour options.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a large 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits offering a premium viewing experience. Under the hood, the smartphone may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage ensuring high-end performance.

The device is likely to pack a 6,600mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging as well as fast wireless charging. In terms of durability, it is expected to come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
On the software side, the phone may run on Android 16 and could receive extended software support.
For photography, the Vivo X300 Ultra is tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup including a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with advanced stabilisation and a 50MP ultra-wide camera with Zeiss tuning. The camera specs highlight phone’s focus on high-end imaging capabilities.
The official pricing of the Vivo X300 Ultra in India will be revealed at launch.
However, early reports suggest that the smartphone could be priced around Rs 1,29,999 for the base variant with higher storage models expected to cost more.
